About Us

    Chef Hesner Santeliz started his career from his childhood, he was born a cook and learned almost from the cradle the old traditions and cooking skills of his family. Hesner Santeliz finished his studies in biology in La Salle Venezuela which gave him the knowledge in science that will allow him to combine culinary arts and the basic principles to understand the cooking laws. In 1998 he opened his first wholesale bakery which by 2001 transformed into a retail store that offered both breads and pastries. By the year 2005 the whole family moved to USA. This huge change would take Our chef to a whole new level in pastry arts, since it gives him the opportunity to be exposed and hence influence of the newest trend by working with MOF Chef George Berger, Chef Bruno Ledoux and other chefs as well as the wonderful experience of working in Gelato production with The Italian Nicola Ulisse.

    Chef Hesner Santeliz started catering for friends and a selected clientele in Miami by 2008 and recently moved to Berrien Springs, Michigan where he is successfully catering. The popular acceptance of the beautiful and well educated population of Berrien Springs is already delighted with our delicate products such as gourmet cookies, biscotti, quiche, home made puff pastry-items and astonished with our offer of custom made fresh cakes, for birthdays, quinceañeras, wedding cakes or any occasion, as well as our fresh fruit mousses, fruit tarts, pies, chocolates, ganaches, empanadas, etc.
